If you come to the LOSS office you will see a sign that says, “Welcome, we are sorry you’re here.” So my brief message to you is…
On behalf of LOSS Community Services, please accept my deepest and sincerest condolences. I am sorry someone important to you has died by suicide. LOSS (Local Outreach to Suicide Survivors) consists of a group of trained volunteers, many of whom have lost a loved one to suicide, that respond to families, friends, businesses, and communities during this tragic, difficult time. I hope you find helpful resources, I hope you find other loss survivors who will journey with you, and most of all I hope you learn to hope again. Maybe not today… but in time.
There is a network of suicide loss survivors who want to help you through this time and lend support.
Thank you for letting LOSS support you and honor your special person’s life.
