*New* 8-Week Hope Support Group
Franklin County LOSS is introducing this support group for those who have completed the 10-Week group in 2017 or 2018.
To integrate loss and to move forward with a life of meaning and love, you must have hope. Hope is a belief in a good that is yet to be.
Using the book “The Mourner’s Book of Hope” by Dr. Alan Wolfelt, this group will explore ways to discover and carry hope in the midst of grief. Dr. Wolfelt’s reflections are included with meaningful quotes from the world’s greatest philosophers.
This will be a “closed group” after the 2nd week meaning we take in new people only for the first two weeks. We will be covering such topics as: “Consciously Choose Hope, Sit in the Quietness of Hope, Move Toward Your Pain, Borrow Hope If You Need To” and more. Registration is required. (must have completed a 10-Week support group in 2017 or 2018)
