Select one of the following topics for more information about our support groups and to register for the one(s) that meet your needs.
Our support groups are facilitated by trained volunteers who are suicide loss survivors themselves. These are “closed” groups, meaning registration is limited and we take in new people only for the first two weeks, so that everyone can really get to know one another. We will cover topics including: “The Uniqueness of Suicide Grief”, “Six Needs of Mourners”, and more.
Support groups are 10 weeks long, are held either in-person at our office in Upper Arlington or online via Zoom, and are provided free of charge.
Registration is required. These are peer support groups and are not intended as a replacement for therapy. If you have any questions or would like help deciding if you are “ready” for a support group, please take a look at the document linked below, call us at 614-530-8064, or email team@losscs.org.
