Stop by the LOSS office for Creating Community! We welcome you to drop in for a peaceful time of coffee, crafts, and connection. This is a wonderful event where you can come and work on projects you have in motion or something we have in-office. Not a crafter? No problem! Come anyway and spend time with fellow loss survivors over a cup of coffee or tea. While there’s typically no registration for this event, we may occasionally ask for an RSVP for more structured events.
Join us December 6th 10:30a-1:30p!
You are invited to a special Creating Community on December 6th, 10:30 am – 1:30 pm, where we will be making wreaths. These wreaths can be used as holiday decorations or even as a memorial item. We will have green synthetic wreaths, ornaments, ribbon, pinecones, and the needed tools and wire. Please bring any special items you’d like to include on your wreath, like ornaments, florals, preferred ribbons, pictures, and memorabilia. This is a free event.
We ask that you register only if you’d like to create a wreath, so that we have appropriate materials. Please register by Monday, December 1st, at 4 pm.
If you don’t want to make a wreath or aren’t a crafter, stop into December’s Creating Community as normal, no registration required. We will have Sudoku puzzles, word searches, and zen coloring pages. Feel free to bring any projects you have in-motion. Folks have even brought books they’re reading and assignments they’re working on.
