Community Meetings

Community Meetings

10:00a – 11:15a | Held on the last Saturday of each month

Please join us at our monthly community meetings for an opportunity for connection, engagement, and continued involvement with LOSS.

These gatherings are open to any community member who is interested in engaging more deeply with our mission. They are especially meaningful for those transitioning out of a support group, as well as for individuals looking for ways to stay connected, learn, and contribute within a supportive community.

Please note: this meeting is not a support group. Instead, it follows a consistent, intentional structure focused on:

– Education related to loss and the work of LOSS

– Engagement through shared activities and conversation

Each meeting includes prepared, optional volunteer activities — such as writing cards or assembling materials — that allow participants to contribute in tangible ways while engaging at their own comfort level.

At the core of these gatherings is a simple value: presence over pressure. There is no expectation to speak, share, or participate in any specific way. Whether you choose to actively engage or simply be in the space, you are welcome exactly as you are.

Our hope is that these meetings make involvement with LOSS more accessible, flexible, and meaningful—offering space for continued connection, purpose, and community.

No registration required.
