This is a very short book with basic sub-categories to it like: Guilt, Relief, Stigma, Anger, etc. The author's 23 year old son took his life. Generally what the author has to say is okay. She says she's a Christian (if I remember correctly) but I'm not aligned with some of her "logic" around why God allowed this to happen.
